How Do I Get Manufacturers Coupons Mailed To Me
Manufacturer’s coupons are some of the better coupons in the wide gamut of coupons regularly offered by major companies. They often offer incredible deals for particular products or have limited-time offers that are difficult to pass up. However, they are sometimes hard to find, and most people don’t have the time to try and track them down. There are a few techniques that you can use to get the manufacturers to simply mail you their coupons directly.
To Get Repeat Business
Some promotions require consumers to use a reward on their next visit to the store. Such coupons draw customers into the store once to buy something and get a coupon, and again to buy something else and use the coupon.
In a 2019 report by Valassis, an omnichannel marketing platform, out of 1,000 consumers, 92% are bargain hunters using coupons, and more than 45% use coupons most of the time.
For example, an Albertsons’ grocery store promotion gave customers a coupon for $10 off their next visit when they purchased $100 in qualifying gift cards.
Even if the customer did the bare minimum and walked out with $10 in free groceries on the follow-up visit, that customer might be more likely to come back in the future after having gained some familiarity with the store when they did their coupon shopping.
Other customers will spend beyond the coupon limit, so the store might profit from the promotion right away. Also, the promotion notified customers that Albertsons is a place where they can buy gift cards, which means that the store might gain business the next time that customer wants to purchase a gift card.
Are There Concerns About Copay Cards
Despite the savings, critics argue that these copay cards actually increase costs in the long run. They say these cards encourage people to stick to the costly brand medications instead of using cheaper generics. By shielding patients from the cost and raising the price they charge insurers, it adds more cost to the healthcare system.
Pharmacy benefit managers and insurers have also started to combat copay cards. Some refuse to count them towards your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum in an effort to shift the costs back onto the patient.
Copay cards dont always provide enough help either. Patients sometimes resort to and asking for direct reimbursement.

How To Organize Your Coupons
To most effectively use coupons, youll need to make sure youre keeping them organized. After all, whats the point of clipping them if you cant find them when you need them?!
Its frustrating to get to the store, see a sale on one of your favorite products, and remember that you clipped a coupon for it once upon a time but you dont know where it is. Here are some different ways you can organize your coupons:
P& g Has 14 Coupons Available At Pggoodeverydaycom
I first contacted Always, owned by Procter & Gamble, and was told that they do not send out coupons. They do, however, have a coupon page at PGGoodEveryday.com that is regularly updated with offers on a variety of brands and products. There are some pretty good ones on here.
When I looked, there were 14 coupons, all for various laundry related items. You must create an account to print coupons.

Print Coupons On The First Of The Month
Some manufacturers extend the total number of prints available this is called a coupon reset. When a coupon reset happens, you can print two additional copies from the same device for a total of four of the same coupon.
Also, at the beginning of each month, new coupons get released. This is a perfect time to print any and all coupons that you think youd like.
PRO TIP: Coupons can reach their overall printing limit and say limit reached before you get a chance to print your two coupons. Print your coupons right when you find out about them. Ive waited to print coupons until the day I went to shop and the coupon wasnt there! That was a sad day.
Mobile Apps And Loyalty Card
More popular are online coupons that you can get added to your loyalty card or mobile apps. Some of the popular stores that offer this form of coupons are Safeway, Fred Meyer, Target, QFC, and Albertsons.
My favorite grocery apps that have coupons and give you cash back include:
Theyre free to join and you can use the same receipt in multiple apps.

How Do Copay Cards Work
The idea behind copay cards is to reduce the total out-of-pocket expense for the patient. When you use one, your health insurance pays some of the cost and then the drug manufacturer pays part or all of the cost youre responsible for through your copay or coinsurance. If your insurer doesnt cover the drug youre taking, the manufacturer will simply cover all or some of your costs.
To Advertise A New Product
Consumers need to be enticed to take a chance on a new product, especially price-sensitive, coupon-using shoppers.
A company could advertise its new product by offering free samples, but instead of spending money both on the product itself and on getting the product into consumers’ homes, it could offer a tempting, high-value coupon and actually make a sale.
If the consumer likes the new product enough, they may buy it at full price in the future when introductory coupons are no longer available.

Consider The Price Of Ink Vs The Cost Of The Printer
Inkjet printers are the most common printers for home-office use and often the cheapest as well normally under $100. They do a very good job with color text documents and photos. Here are some highly-rated printers that wont break the bank:
- HP DeskJet 3755: Currently $89.89 on Amazon , this printer gives you all the essentials with the option for a two-month free Instant Ink subscription, so youll be stocked up.
- HP DeskJet 2742e: Currently $59 on Walmart.com This wireless printer also comes with a six-month free Instant Ink subscription.
- Note: HP Instant Ink can be a great tool to avoid paying for pricey ink cartridges. If you print less than 15 pages a month, youd pay only $0.99 a month, and they cover all of your ink! I use the $2.99 plan that gives me 50 pages per month, which has been plenty between coupons and everyday-life printing.
Laser printers are ideal for printing large quantities of black-and-white text documents. Youll pay the least per page if you need to print in high volume. But they arent good for photos, and they dont handle glossy photo paper well. The Brother HL-L2320D might be your best bet here, as its only $100 and prints up to 30 pages a minute.
TIP: If you bring your old printer for recycling to Best Buy, theyll give you up to $50 off select Epson all-in-one printers.

Before You Print Coupons Online Set Your Printer To Black And White
Ink is the most expensive fluid on the planet, costing between $13 and $75 per ounce. Stores will accept black-and-white coupons, so save on colored ink and be sure to set your printer to black only, and check ink levels before you print.
Also, when your ink levels are low, you might not print a barcode, and this can cause trouble at the register.
Sign Up For All The Company Websites That Interest You
BUT make sure you are looking and signing up to the Canadian sites. For example, if you are searching Covergirl, make sure it is Covergirl. CA, not Covergirl.com. Some sites make it hard to tell whether they are Canadian or USA. I usually scroll down to the bottom of the page and look at the fine print information. If it shows a USA city/state, chances are, you are on an American site. Sometimes there is an option at the top of the page to change the country. This will redirect you to the Canadian site. You will find examples of this on the Tide website and the Greenworks website.
Now that you have found some Canadian-friendly websites, the next step is to sign up for their newsletters. This can be a great way on How to Get Coupons in Canada.
Also, sign up for Facebook and Twitter. Like companys Facebook pages, and that way, when they are running a coupon or sample promotion, they will post it on their wall, and you will automatically see it in your Facebook feed.
I recently joined Twitter and was amazed to find many people tweeting about Canadian coupons. If you see someone online who has a blog about saving money in Canada, why not follow them on Twitter? Some companies even host Twitter parties where you can join in on the conversation, and answer time-limited questions to win prizes and coupons. There is a Dove Chocolate one on as I write this. So tweet your New Years resolutions, and you might win a coupon. .
Until next time, Happy Shopping, Everyone!

Protecting Your Personal Email Account
When you begin turning to the internet for coupons, you will register your email at a lot of websites. Doing this increases your chances of getting spam. What many couponers do to avoid this problem is set up a new email account that is separate from their personal accounts. Tips and solutions can help you keep your personal email account uncluttered and free of spam.
Join Store Loyalty Programs
Enroll in rewards programs or sign up for the mailing list for the retailers you frequent most. Many stores send returning customers exclusive coupons or apply discounts automatically during checkout.
Those are savings that youre going to get without doing a thing except for swiping your card, says Cindy Livesey, frugal-living expert from coupon website Living Rich With Coupons. Livesey says coupons have saved her family about $11,000 a year, on average, on groceries.
Exercise caution, though, when signing up for rewards programs. Retailers may flood your inbox with unwanted messages or use your information, such as demographics and shopping habits, for marketing purposes.

Brands That Sent Me Coupons In The Mail
After I whispered sweet nothings in their ears, 26% of the brands mailed me coupons. Even better: Most of these manufacturers coupons wont expire for nearly a year.
- The clear champions were my friends at SC Johnson, who make basically every product in your house. The company mailed me a bonanza of 17 $1 off coupons for products by Drano, Fantastik, Glade, Off!, Pledge, Raid, Scrubbing Bubbles, Shout, Windex and Ziploc.
- Runners-up were my good buddies at Unilever, a massive multinational consumer goods company with 400 brands. After I wrote to several of its brands, Unilever mailed me 11 coupons for a total of $11 off products by Axe, Country Crock, Dove, Hellmanns, Lipton, Magnum Ice Cream, Ponds, TRESemme Hair Care and Vaseline.
Unilever! Who knew?
- After reaching out to a bunch of other brands, I got coupons for their products, with the savings from each brand totaling $3 or less: Beech-Nut, Blistex, Chobani, Dannon, Haagen-Dazs, Henkel , Hostess, Hot Pockets, Land O Lakes, , McCormick spices, Michelinas, Pepperbridge Farm, Pinnacle Foods , Post cereals, Red Rose tea, Tyson chicken, and Wells Blue Bunny.
Several of these companies said I could contact them again in six months to receive additional coupons.
